  • Logging Into the Portal

    The AVG CloudCare Portal can be accessed by using the System Tray Icon—if you are on a device that has the software installed—or by going to the following URL:

    To log in, enter the user name and password that was emailed to you, then click the Login button. Once you have successfully logged into your account, the portal will display the license agreement. Read the terms carefully and click Accept to be redirected to your home page.

    Forgot Password

    If you have forgotten your password, click the "Forgot your password?" link and enter your email address and the verification code displayed. You will receive an email with instructions for resetting your password.

  • The AVG CloudCare Portal is laid out using tabs and sub–tabs. Most tabs contain tables which are designed to show account information and to perform different account functions. Some tabs contain both a table and a tree–style navigation menu. The example below shows the Devices interface, which utilizes both the tree–style navigation menu as well as a table:

    1. All pages of the portal have links to the online help and to log off.
    2. Tabs provide easy access to account features.
    3. Actions above the navigation tree and the table allow you to perform different account functions.
    4. Print and Export options allow you to save the currently displayed information in PDF or CSV formats.
    5. Sortable columns allow you to organize the displayed information in ascending or descending order.
    6. Drop down menus allow you to filter the displayed information by certain criteria.
    7. The navigation menu allows you to drag–and–drop device between groups and policies.
    8. Drill down to other AVG CloudCare services and features by clicking on active links within tables.
    9. Functional icons and links allow you to view additional options and perform actions.
