When placing an order with us, where we are to deliver goods to you, we require a physical street address. To assist us in processing your order, please also provide your land-line and mobile telephone number. We delivery primarily via courier and we will only deliver to PO Boxes under special circumstances where item is small and you are in a remote area.
Our stock level is a combination of stock availibility from our vendors. The stock availability indicator can only be treated as a general guide and is updated every 4 hours Monday to Friday. There are the occasional chances that an order of the exact product may be placed minutes before yours. You will be notify as soon as possible if that happens and a full refund can be given if you do not wish to wait for the backorder.
Insured delivery charges are calculated via our freight calculator using your Poscode and weight when you add to basket.

Pick up is only available in Melbourne and sometimes in Sydney. You need to make arrangements with us prior to ordering. You can only pick up your item once we confirm it is available and ready with a reference ID. The Wholesaler will not recognise your order until we have given you the Pick up reference ID .
